Petai Beans (Parkia speciosa) 400g

Petai Beans or  Sataw สะตอ have a strong garlicky, cheesy, slightly bitter flavor and are popular throughout SE Asia.  These are delicious roasted, boiled with salt or coconut milk curry, in chili sambal or just on their own. These big-sized beans are sometimes called “Paddy Petai” because they are larger in size.
