Cacao of Davao is a small family start-up owned and operated by Cesar and Yolie Lim.
They have their own cacao farm, but it’s too small to supply enough quality beans so they are part of a cacao cooperative with their neighbors in Calinan.
These bars will be purchased directly from them.
