Petai Beans (Parkia speciosa) 200g

Petai Beans or  Sataw สะตอ have a black-pepper, garlicky, umami flavor and are popular throughout SE Asia.  Try them stir fried with red curry or spicy sambal, in a coconut milk curry, or grilled in their shells. These bigger-sized beans are sometimes called “Paddy Petai” because they are larger in size.
