Where to Buy Durian Online - Year of the Durian

In 2015, hungry and stranded in a small town in Oregon, I began searching for where I could buy fresh or frozen durian online.

Back then my searches were fruitless. Buyadurian.com had just stopped shipments, and Amazon, usually so ahead of the times, offered only chips and freeze-dried cubes.

But times have changed. If we needed proof that durian is now a thing, a few Amazon sellers now offer durian, and there are other online retailers offering durian too so you can order it to your small town in America, Australia, and Europe.

And now, shockingly, my own company (Year of the Durian, this website you’re reading!) ships mail order durian from Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, and Indonesia to all 50 US states, Canada, and Europe

Now (as of December, 2022) there are more than a few online durian sellers, and I expect more will pop up as durian growers figure out that Westerners don’t actually hate durian.
