Another Penang favorite, Ang Jin has one of the deepest, richest colors. ranging from deep golden orange to yellow with rosy highlights. It comes on early in the season, along with the other “red durian,” Ang Bak. Very sweet with fruity, rosy undertones and a nearly fiberless, whipped cream texture, Ang Jin is sure to please.
